Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of Directr, a service of Protium.digital B.V., established in the Netherlands ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Directr lets you route web traffic for domain names you control to destinations you choose, show parked pages, and monitor the DNS configuration of those domains. You keep your domains at your own registrar.

2. Your account and your domains

• You only add domains you own or are authorised to manage.
• You are responsible for the destinations you configure and for keeping your login details secret.
• You may not use Directr for phishing, malware, spam, infringing content or anything unlawful. We may suspend domains or accounts that do.

3. Plans and payment

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Mollie. Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added where applicable.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops future charges; payments already made are not refunded.
• If a payment fails we may move your account to the free plan. Domains above the free limit then stop being served until you upgrade again.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Takeover detection is a best-effort warning system and does not guarantee that a domain cannot be misused.

5. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that caused the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost revenue or missed traffic, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

6. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately in case of misuse. After deletion we remove your domain configuration; traffic to your domains then no longer reaches a destination until you change the DNS.

7. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
