Privacy policy

Protium.digital B.V. is responsible for the processing of personal data in Directr. We collect as little as we can and keep all data in the European Union.

What we process

• Account: email address, company name and a hashed password.
• Billing: your Mollie customer id and payment status. Card and bank details are handled by Mollie and never reach us.
• Domains: the domains you add, their settings and DNS check results.
• Visits to your domains: a daily count per domain. We do not store visitor IP addresses or set cookies on redirected or parked domains.
• Offers on parked pages: the name, email address and message a visitor submits, shared only with the owner of that domain.
• Registrar keys: if you connect a registrar, its API key is stored encrypted and only used for the actions you start.

Why

To provide the service you signed up for (performance of the contract), to bill you (legal obligation), and to keep the service secure (legitimate interest). We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

How long

Account and domain data are kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days after you delete it. Billing records are kept for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing. You can also file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies

The dashboard uses one strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or analytics cookies.
